Merrick and Central [8-15-16]

On the evening of Monday, August 15th, 2016 the Baldwin Fire Department operated on the scene of a two car accident with overturn. The accident was located on Merrick Road just west of Central Avenue. There was no entrapment and two people [the drivers of both vehicles] were transported to area hospitals with minor injuries. Baldwin firefighters secured both vehicles before turning the scene over to First Precinct officers. All fire department units were under the command of Baldwin Chief of Department Michael Jazylo [205].
