Baldwin Company Training [10-24-18]

On the night of Wednesday, October 24th, 2018 Baldwin Engines 201 and 203 along with Ladder Company No. 1 [206] and First Aid Company held a multi-unit drill at the department’s training facility. The scenario for the training was a basement fire. Firefighters were able to work on a variety of tactics including radio communications, recognizing a mayday and evacuation order, accountability, hand line deployment and stretching, and conducting searches. The drill was overseen by the chiefs of the Baldwin Fire Department. A similar drill was held on the night of October 22nd for 202, 204, and 207.
