Coventry Road [7-30-18]

Shortly after midnight on the morning of July 30th, 2018 Baldwin firefighters were called to a dryer fire at a home on Coventry Road off Devonshire Road. When firefighters arrived on scene the fire [clothes in a basement dryer] was extinguished; however, there was a heavy smoke condition throughout the home. One precautionary line was stretched off Engine 203. All units were under the command of Baldwin First Deputy Chief Ortiz [2051].
