Grand Avenue [5-20-21]

In the early morning hours of Thursday, May 20th, 2021 the Baldwin Fire Department was called to a car versus building at the intersection of Grand and Linden Avenues. When units arrived on scene, they were met with a single vehicle accident with a confirmed car into a building with no entrapment or serious injuries. While on scene firefighters secured the vehicle and the structure. South Hempstead was called for an ambulance to the scene and Freeport for their Technical Rescue Team to the scene. All fire department units were under the command of Baldwin First Deputy Chief Cummings [2051].
