Sunrise Highway [10-14-18]
The Baldwin Fire Department was called to an automatic alarm at Chase Bank on Sunrise Highway on the morning of Sunday, October 14th, 2018. Those first to arrive on scene with met with a smoke condition in the front lobby area of the bank [which was closed at the time]. Firefighters had two precautionary lines stretched [one charged] off first due Baldwin Engine 2033. After investigating firefighters believed the source of the smoke to be the bank’s HVAC system. All fire department units were under the command Baldwin First Deputy Chief Ortiz [2051].
