Elmont FD Open House [11-5-17]
On Sunday, November 5th, 2017 the Elmont Fire Department hosted an open house event at their training facility on School Road. At the open house firefighters put on various demonstrations for the public including a car extrication, building fire, and car fire scenario. Members from each of the department’s companies played a role in the event which was also used to promote the department and encourage new membership.
