Response to Lithium Ion and Hybrid Emergencies [1-31-23]

The Fire Chiefs Council of Nassau County hosted a lithium ion and hybrid emergency response seminar on the night of Tuesday, January 31st, 2023, at Uniondale’s Van Ness firehouse. Mineola Ex-Chief and Nassau County Fire Service Academy 2nd Deputy Chief Instructor Scott Holliday made the presentation before a crowd of nearly three hundred firefighters with nearly each of Nassau County’s 71 Departments represented.
