Primrose Avenue [12-26-21]

The Floral Park Fire Department was called to a house fire on Primrose Avenue off Atlantic Avenue in the late-night hours of Sunday, December 26th, 2021. When firefighters arrived on scene, they were met with fire showing on the exposure one side of a two-story private dwelling. A working fire was transmitted, and mutual aid notified. Firefighters put at least one hand line into operation and had the fire quickly knocked down before it could extend into the residence. Despite early reports of people trapped all occupants made it out safely. The cause of the fire is under investigation and all fire department units were under the command of Floral Park Chief of Department Saville [1200].
