South Main and Southside [5-3-15]

In the early morning hours of Sunday, May 3rd, 2015 the Freeport Fire Department was notified of a motor vehicle accident [forthwith response requested] at the intersection of South Main Street and Southside Avenue. When units arrived on scene they were met with two vehicles that had collided head on. At least one person was transported from the scene to an area hospital. Freeport Engines 211 and 213 operated on the scene alongside Ambulance 219.
