West Merrick Road [8-24-17]

At 06:24 hours on the morning of Thursday, August 24th, 2017 the Freeport Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with overturn at the intersection of West Merrick Road and South Ocean Avenue. When fire department units arrived on scene they were met with a two-car accident with one vehicle overturned. There was no entrapment and at least one person was injured in the accident. All fire department units were under the command of Freeport Chief of Department Colgan [2100].
