Guy Lombardo Avenue [12-24-22]

The Freeport Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a car fire on Guy Lombardo Avenue off Smith Street on the morning of Saturday, December 24th, 2022. When firefighters arrived on scene, they were met with a confirmed car fire on the front lawn of a residence. Hose One stretched and operated one hand line and had the fire quickly knocked down. There were no exposure issues or injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation and all fire department units were under the command of Freeport Chief of Department Donnelly [2100].
