Baldwin and Booth [4-1-16]

The Hempstead Fire Department was alerted to a motor vehicle accident with as many as three trapped on the night of Friday, April 1st, 2016. The accident was located at the intersection of Baldwin Road and Booth Street. When firefighters arrived on scene they found a two car accident with two people alert, conscious, and requiring extrication. Hempstead firefighters put the tool to work to remove the driver’s door of a Nissan sedan. They extricated the driver and soon after the front seat passenger whose door was propped up against a house. No one was believed to have been seriously injured in the accident.
