Washington and Front [5-22-17]

Late on the night of Monday, May 22nd, 2017 the Hempstead Fire Department was called to a motor vehicle accident with overturn at the intersection of Washington and Front Streets. When firefighters arrived on scene they were met with a two-car accident with one vehicle overturned and no entrapment. The drivers from each vehicle were transported to area hospitals with minor injuries. All fire department units were under the command of Hempstead First Assistant Chief Giardino [81].
