Weir Street [3-10-20]

On the night of Tuesday, March 10th, 2020 Hempstead firefighters operated on the scene of a truck fire at the drill team track on Weir Street off Milburn Avenue. Firefighters put one hand line into operation off Hempstead Engine 4. Also, on scene was Hempstead Truck One and Ladder 2. The fire appeared to be suspicious and the Nassau County Fire Marshal was requested to the scene. All fire department units were under the command of Hempstead Assistant Chief Boles.
