Austin Boulevard [8-26-18]

Island Park firefighters put the tool into operation at the scene of a two-vehicle accident in the early morning hours of Sunday, August 26th, 2018. The accident was located on Austin Boulevard at Marina Path and resulted in at least one serious aided. Five other people went on to refuse medical attention. The Point Lookout-Lido Fire Department responded to the scene with one ambulance. On scene from the Island Park Fire Department was Engine 225, Ladder 223, and Ambulance 222. All fire department units were under the command of Island Park Assistant Chief Whalen. The scene was turned over to Nassau County Police.
