Fern Drive West [6-29-21]

On the night of Tuesday, June 29th, 2021, the Jericho Fire Department was called to an electrical fire at a home on Fern Drive West off Marian Lane. When firefighters arrived on scene and made their way into the home, they were met with a heavy smoke condition. A precautionary hand line was stretched and stood by at the front door while crews opened up. Firefighters found that there was no extension from the original area that was burning. Also on scene was an engine from Westbury and a ladder from Syosset. No working fire was transmitted.
