Hamlet Road [12-31-21]

At 01:33 hours on the morning of Friday, December 31st, 2021, the Levittown Fire Department was called to a house fire on Hamlet Road off Timber Lane. When firefighters arrived on scene, they were met with fire showing from the number four side of a two-story Levitt style home. Levittown Engine 623 was the first engine company to arrive on scene, put at least one hand line into place, and had the main body of fire quickly knocked down. Bethpage was assigned the FAST and responded to the scene with Ladder 3. All occupants made it out of the home safely and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
