Friday, July 31st, 2015: The Lynbrook Fire and Police Departments were called to the intersection of Peninsula Boulevard and Hempstead Avenue for a motor vehicle accident with overturn. When first responders arrived on scene they were met with a two car accident with one vehicle overturned. No extrication was required and one person was transported to an area hospital.
