Merrick Overturn Drill [7-14-11]
On the night of July 14th, members of Merrick Engines 643 and 644 held an overturn and extrication drill across from Station 2 [Friendship Hose Company] located at the intersection
of Babylon Turnpike and Meadowbrook Road. Members got to experience using both the spreaders and cutters and familiarizing themselves with how to free trapped victims if needed.
