Merrick Road [7-26-20]

On the evening of Sunday, July 26th, 2020 the Merrick Fire Department along with the Nassau County Police Emergency Services Unit operated on the scene of an overturned dump truck. The incident was in the eastbound lanes of Merrick Road at Clubhouse Road. There was no entrapment, serious injuries, or other vehicles involved. The truck was full of debris from a nearby transfer station at the time that it rolled over. The road was reopened within two hours.
