Stephen Street [8-25-20]

On the evening of Tuesday, August 25th, 2020 the North Bellmore Fire Department was called to a house fire on Stephen Street off Clifford Street. When firefighters arrived on scene, they were met with fire in a wall on the number three side of a two-story private dwelling that was vacant and under construction. Firefighters opened the wall to check for extension and found the first and second floors to be clear. One hand line was stretched and operated resulting in a quick knock down of the fire. All fire department units were under the command of North Bellmore Chief of Department Marschall [6500].
