Ladders 516 and 554 Wet Down [9-15-18]

Late on the morning of Saturday, September 15th, 2018 a dual wet down was held for Oyster Bay Ladder 554 and East Norwich Ladder 516. The event was held at Oyster Bay’s Firemen’s Field and began at 11:30 a.m. A blessing was provided by a local clergyman followed by the breaking of the champagne bottles and a “wet down”. Among the other departments on hand for the event were Bayville and Sea Cliff. The best of luck to both departments with their new apparatus.
