Bunker Road [1-9-19]

On the night of Wednesday, January 9th, 2019 firefighters operated on the scene of a signal ten [working fire] at a home on Bunker Road in the Point Lookout-Lido fire district. The fire was in the walls of a two-story private dwelling. Three hand lines were stretched with two lines put into operation. Among the departments called for mutual aid were Freeport, Island Park, and Long Beach. The cause of the fire is under investigation and all fire department units were under the command of Point Lookout-Lido Chief Guerin.
