Port Washington FD Installation [6-8-19]

On the night of June 8th, 2019, the Port Washington Fire Department held their installation dinner – the first since 2017. The Saturday night event was held at the Millridge Cottage in Jericho and was emceed by Protection Engine Company Ex-Captain Donald Alexander. Thomas Golden was installed as Chief of Department along with Brian Waterson and Matt Kerin who were installed as the First and Second Assistant Chiefs respectively. Various other officers within the department were installed as well. Ex-Chief Bryan Vogeley was honored for serving as Chief of the Department for the past two years and Ex-Chief Chris Bollerman was recognized for his time served as the chairman of the board. The ceremony portion of the night concluded with a performance by the Nassau County Firefighters Pipes and Drums Band.
