Merrick Road [6-30-16]

On the evening of Thursday, June 30th, 2016 Rockville Centre firefighters operated at the Pantry Diner [525 Merrick Road] for a fire on the roof of the building. The diner sustained a fire in 2011 and has recently been undergoing renovations to reopen. One line was put into operation off of Engine 441 and no working fire was transmitted. Fire department units were under the command of Rockville Centre Chief of Department Seaman [4401].
