Babylon Turnpike [4-12-21]

In the early morning hours of Monday, April 12th, 2021 the Roosevelt Fire Department operated on the scene of a single vehicle accident [car versus pole] with fire. The accident was located on Babylon Turnpike between Frederick and East Fulton Avenues. Firefighters put one hand line into operation off Roosevelt Engine 733 and had the fire quickly knocked down. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene and was being sought – there were no other occupants present. All fire department units were under the command of Roosevelt Chief of Department Martin [7300].
