Roosevelt FD Installation [4-13-19]

The Roosevelt Fire Department held its 107th annual installation dinner dance on the night of Saturday, April 13th, 2019 at Jericho Terrace in Mineola. At the event Derrick Fennell, now one of the department’s fire commissioners, was recognized for his time served in the chief’s office – which recently ended. The chiefs and line officers along with other positions within the department were installed into office. Leading the department for the year ahead are: Chief of Department Chris Wint, First Assistant Chief Aaron Martin Jr., and Second Assistant Chief Hector Tyler Jr. Other awards were presented at the dinner including EMT of the Year and Probationary Member of the Year among others.
