Glen Cove and IU Willets [1-12-21]

On the night of Tuesday, January 12th, 2021 the Roslyn Fire Companies operated on the scene of a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Glen Cove Road and I.U. Willets Road. There were two vehicles involved in the accident – one of them an overturned box truck and the other a Jaguar sedan. Despite significant damage to both vehicles there was no entrapment or serious injuries. A total of three people were injured – two from the box truck and the driver/lone occupant of the sedan. The Westbury Fire Department was also notified of the accident as some callers placed the accident at Glen Cove Road and the Northern State Parkway. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
