Nemake Funeral [3-27-21]

On Sunday, March 21st, 2021 the Roslyn Highlands Fire Company and Roslyn Fire Department were dealt the loss of former Lieutenant and thirty-nine-year member David G. Nemake. Visitation took place on the night of Friday, March 26th from 5 – 9 p.m. at the Roslyn Heights Funeral Home. The funeral mass was held on the morning of Saturday, March 27th at St. Mary’s Church on Bryant Avenue. Prior to the mass beginning the procession passed the Nemake residence and Roslyn Highlands headquarters. Interment followed at the Roslyn Cemetery on Northern Boulevard. At the funeral were several family members and friends as well as many of David’s fellow firefighters. May he rest in peace.
