Clare Road [4-30-17]

On the afternoon of Sunday, April 30th, 2017 the Uniondale Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with overturn and possible entrapment in front of 608 Clare Road off Waypark Avenue. When firefighters arrived on scene they found a two-vehicle accident with one auto overturned. Despite four people in the overturned automobile they all self-extricated, were evaluated for possible injuries on scene and were not transported. The other vehicle involved was parked at the time and unoccupied. All fire department units were under the command of Uniondale Chief of Department Smith [7500].
