West Babylon Ladder 1-9-4 Wet Down [9-25-22]

On the morning of Sunday, September 25th, 2022, a wet down ceremony was held for the new West Babylon Ladder 1-9-4. The event, which was held at West Babylon Senior High School, saw attendance from several Town of Babylon fire departments as well as representation from the Third Division. The new rig [a 2022 Pierce Ascendant Tower Ladder] replaces a 1999 Pierce tower ladder which is currently serving its second life with the West Warwick Fire Department in Rhode Island. The best of luck to West Babylon Company 4 and the Department with their new apparatus.
