Derby Avenue [1-29-23]

In the early morning hours of Sunday, January 29th, 2023 the Woodmere Fire Department along with mutual aid companies operated on the scene of a signal ten [working fire] on Derby Avenue off Ibsen Street. Firefighters stretched one hand line for a fire in a one story private dwelling. There were no occupants home at the time of the and the cause of the fire is under investigation. All fire department units were under the command of Woodmere Chief of Department Weiss [3500].
